Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Realcall ("Realcall", "we", "us"), a product of Zinga AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Realcall is an AI phone-receptionist for property managers and real-estate agencies. It answers calls, captures details, and makes them available in your dashboard. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the service.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login secure, and for the activity of users you invite to your account. You must be authorised to act for the agency you set up.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Realcall to break the law, to harass or deceive callers, or to interfere with the service. You're responsible for how your agency uses the information Realcall captures.

Call recording & consent

Realcall records and transcribes calls. You are responsible for informing your callers and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to you. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Fees & billing

Plans are billed monthly as a platform subscription. Calls are charged separately as pay-as-you-go credits, or you may connect your own telephony account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You can delete your account from the app at any time.

Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Realcall available and accurate, but we provide the service "as is" and can't guarantee it will never be interrupted or make a mistake. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know.
