Realcall ("Realcall", "we", "us"), a product of Zinga AI, provides an AI phone-receptionist service for property managers and real-estate agencies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers both our website and the Realcall dashboard.
Who this applies to
Realcall is a business tool. The people who use it are account holders — agency owners and their team members who sign in to manage their calls. We also process information about callers (tenants, owners and prospects who phone a Realcall-powered agency), on that agency's behalf and at its direction.
Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and (if you choose) your agency details. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the name and email those services share with us. We never see your Apple or Google password.
Business & call information
To run the receptionist for your agency, we process the calls it answers — including the caller's phone number, what they said (a transcript and short summary), a recording of the call, and the details captured (such as a name, address or the nature of the enquiry). This information is shown to you in your dashboard so you can follow up.
Device & usage information
When you use the app we collect basic device information and, if you opt in, a push- notification token so we can alert you to new calls and jobs. We use the microphone only if you start an in-app test call; we don't listen in the background.
Payment information
Subscription and top-up payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details — Stripe does, under their own security standards. We keep a record of your billing activity (amounts, dates) to run your account.
How we use your information
- To provide the receptionist service — answering calls, capturing details, and showing them to you.
- To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
- To send you notifications about your calls, jobs and account (you control push notifications on your device).
- To process payments and manage your subscription and call credit.
- To provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that power Realcall — including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting), our voice-AI and telephony providers (to answer and route calls), Stripe (payments), and our email provider. They process data on our behalf under contract.
- Your own agency — caller information we capture is made available to the agency account it belongs to. That agency is responsible for how it uses those details.
- Legal & safety — where required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Call recordings & consent
Realcall records and transcribes calls so the agency can review them. Agencies using Realcall are responsible for informing their callers and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to them. If you are a caller and have a question about a recording, please contact the agency you called.
How long we keep information
We keep your account and agency information for as long as your account is active. Call records are retained so they remain available in your dashboard. When you delete your account (see below), we remove your personal account data; some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them (for example, billing records).
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app: go to Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your login and your personal account data, and removes you from the agencies you belong to. If you are the only owner of an agency, that agency is flagged for our team to reassign or close. You can also email us at hello@realcall.au to request deletion.
Your choices & rights
- Notifications — turn push notifications on or off per device in the app, or in your device settings.
- Access & correction — you can view and update your account details in the app, or contact us.
- Deletion — delete your account as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us to exercise them.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to address any issues promptly.
Children
Realcall is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll let account holders know.
